Summary

The Basic Needs Allowance (BNA) is a monthly allowance for active duty service members with dependents who have completed initial entry training and whose gross household income (GHI) falls below 200% of federal poverty guidelines.

Eligibility

Air National Guard service members on state active duty are not eligible for BNA.
