The Employment Assistance Program (EAP), offered through Military & Family Readiness Centers (M&FRCs), supports Department of Defense (DoD) customers – including military members, civilians, retirees, and their families - in achieving short- and long-term employment readiness goals. The program connects individuals with education and training opportunities tailored to careers in both the private and public sectors. M&FRCs deliver comprehensive services to ensure customers are well-informed and supported throughout their job search. 

Air Force Reserve Service members on active duty, their spouses, family members, and DoD civilians are eligible for the Employment Assistance Program.

Volunteer Resources
Volunteer Resources, managed through the M&FRCs, connects Airmen, Guardians, spouses, and other family members with volunteer opportunities on and off base, encouraging community involvement.  Volunteers receive orientation and initial training to support them in their roles. Additionally, the M&FRC administers the Volunteer Excellence Award (VEA), a Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF)- level recognition honoring outstanding contributions to the local civilian and military communities.
